All items are priced and / or quoted as approximate. The diamond / stone weights are approximate. The charges in the Invoice will be based on the actual raw metal item weight and the total diamond and / or stone weight. The metal rate is locked on the date of Invoice and shipment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All items are made to order and not stocked.
There is a 7 - 10 business days delivery period for all regular orders.
For Special Orders it can take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery depending on the complexities of the design.
Rush Orders are accepted on a case to case basis. Customer needs to call Customer Support prior to placing the order.
For Returns of any kind refer to the "RETURN POLICY" of the Company.
Shipping Charges will apply to all shipments. The Company ships through UPS and / FEDEX. For details and special delivery arrangements call Customer Support at the time of placing the order.
